Celebrating all things ringing joy to us at home–this year’s chosen theme for DesignPhiladelphia–InLiquid and Park Towne Place have created a unique experience bringing together art, home decor, handmade jewerly and, of course, wine! Tomorrow, on the eighteenth floor of Park Towne Place’s East Tower, InLiquid welcomes you to Wine and Design; where local artists, designers, and jewelers will have site-specific installations in spaces together with works of art and handmade crafts on display, available for purchase.
Participating with DesignPhiladelphia, Wine and Design is part of InLiquid’s current exhibition: Apartment Walks, where four apartments in the East Tower of Park Towne Place have been transformed into designed installations centered upon the theme of “Home.” Furnishing is designed by Christina Henck with furniture provided by Dane Decor and lush houseplants provided by Hoffman Design Group. Original art was curated by InLiquid of InLiquid Member Artists: Bobbie Adams, Linda Dubin Garfield, Erica Harney, Sandi Neiman Lovitz, Melissa Maddonni Haims, Donna Quinn, and Constance Culpepper.

Emily Squires Levine stretches the limits of polymer clay with her intricate designs and woven patterns. She uses hand-blended colors to create quirky bowls and vases. Each of her vessels have their own special flare, with hidden gem-like surprises in every detail. Tonight at Wine and Design, you can search for the hidden treasures within this bowl and her other works.
Stacey Lee Webber creates wearable art using real money. This one-of-a-kind locket, which will be on display and available at Wine and Design, is fashioned out of half-dollar coins. With this locket, and many of her other designs, you can wear your very own piece of history.
