The Oxford Arts Alliance is a community-based, non-profit organization that provides leadership and advocacy for the arts and culture. For 2023, the juror is Stuart Shils (www.pafa.org/staff/stuart-shils). Shils is an artist and weekly critic for students at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia.
