OACCE (Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy) seeks a full time Neighborhood Arts Manager to support OACCE’s mission to provide equitable access to the arts and opportunities for artists and cultural organizations.

The Neighborhood Arts Manager will oversee OACCE’s Culture in Neighborhoods program area, which includes the Neighborhood Arts Program, Philly Celebrates Jazz, the Illuminate the Arts Grant, and sponsorship of unique cultural programs on a case-by-case basis. These programs provide free cultural events for Philadelphians to attend, fund local artists and cultural organizations, and help make Philadelphia’s neighborhoods more vibrant.
