The Pier offers 14 studios at below-market rates, with eight ground-floor studios (443 sq. ft.) available for $500/month and six mezzanine studios (289 sq. ft.) for $400/month. Rent includes utilities, high-speed internet, 24/7 studio access, and opportunities to use collaborative, exhibition, and market spaces.
