ASUA is a multi-site, intentionally different organization providing responsive, progressive, and person-centered programming for autistic individuals and those with related needs—from early childhood through young adulthood.

The Step Up Studios Creative Director serves as the artistic and creative lead for Step Up Studios, ASUA’s student-operated production, manufacturing, maker, and creative enterprise. Reporting to the Step Up Studios Manager, the Creative Director is responsible for establishing and advancing the artistic vision of Step Up Studios while developing new products, creative processes, artistic opportunities, and experiences that support the continued growth of the enterprise.
