InLiquid is proud to present this exhibition that celebrates influential women with works by InLiquid Artist Makeba Rainey. The three pieces by Rainey feature Ida B. Wells, Coretta Scott King, and Lauryn Hill—all leaders from different eras that have defined generations in the arts, the humanities, and in civil rights.
Makeba “KEEBS” Rainey is an artist and leader from Harlem, currently residing in Philadelphia. Inspired by her community and fellow emerging artists, she has founded the organization, Black Capital Coalition (BCC).
