Artists are invited to submit works that celebrate and explore water for Water Ways, an upcoming exhibition at the Community Arts Center's Duke Gallery.

Open to all Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York , Delaware and Maryland artists 18 years of age and older. Entries must have been completed within the last 3 years and not previously exhibited at Community Arts Center.

Submissions are due by January 15, 2024 and will be juried by Philadelphia artist, Eurhi Jones.

About the Juror

Eurhi Jones has been painting murals in the Philadelphia region since 1999. She has worked independently and with the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program designing artwork for schools, garden spaces, recreation centers, playgrounds, libraries, etc. Major commissions have been at the Please Touch Museum, Bodine High School and the Philadelphia Zoo. In addition to painting, she works with textiles, embroidery and sculpture. She has shown work at many venues aroundPhiladelphia including the Asian Arts Initiative, Main Line Art Center, Abington ARtCenter, Community Arts Center, and the Philadelphia International Airport.Originally from Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, she is a graduate of WesleyanUniversity and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.
