In commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the United States in 2026, the Community Arts Center will host a group exhibition entitled '25 DECADES' to be on view June 13 - July 17, 2026. We are seeking 25 artists to participate. Each artist will be assigned a 10 year period between 1776 to 2026 to interpret through 2 to 3 pieces of new work related to events, inventions, people, etc. relevant to that decade. Cash prizes will be awarded as determined by judge Dr. Susanna Gold.
Open to all artists residing in the United States or US territories. Interested artists must submit, as outlined on the prospectus, by Friday, July 4, 2025, 5:00pm.
