We cordially invite artists to submit their works for consideration in our upcoming art exhibition, Threads of Remembrance: Exploring Memory Through Fiber Art, on view at the 20*20 House in Lansdowne, PA. This exhibition explores the intricate interplay between fiber art and the profound concept of memory. We seek artists who can push the boundaries of fiber as a medium or subject, exploring its potential for evoking emotional connections and introspection.

This call is open to artists working in any 2D, 3D medium, or written word. Submitted work should possess a unique perspective on memory as it relates to fiber-based objects and art, and all submitted work should be original one-of-a-kind. Submissions will be juried by the Lansdowne Arts Committee. Submissions due by 11.59 PM August 18th. Artists will be notified of their acceptance by August 25th. Artwork must be hand delivered on the week of September 11th and picked up the week on November 27th in Lansdowne, PA. Mailed artwork will not be accepted. Artists with a connection to Lansdowne, PA will be given priority. Wall based artwork must be framed or otherwise be ready to hang using hardware. Work needing magnets, velcro, putty, etc to hang will not be accepted.
