Arts To Hearts Project is offering an incredible opportunity with our Studio Visit Book, Volume 1.

Studio Visit Book V.1 will be shared with galleries, curators, publications and art institutions around the globe, and be available for purchase at Barnes and Noble and Amazon.
Selected artists will have a personalized and beautiful 4-page spread of their work, juried by none other than the renowned Artist & Curator, The Jealous Curator, also known as Danielle Krysa. With over 257K Instagram followers, Danielle has been carefully handpicking outstanding creative work since 2009, establishing herself as a leading name in the international art scene for her unique finds.

Meet our Vol 1 juror,

Danielle Krysa | AUTHOR, CURATOR, ARTIST

Danielle Krysa aka Jealous Curator.Danielle Krysa has a BFA in Visual Arts, and a post-grad in graphic design. She is the writer/curator behind the contemporary art site, The Jealous Curator (est.2009), and has curated art shows from Washington DC to Los Angeles, San Francisco to Toronto. Danielle creates her own artwork as well – mixed media collages which combine found images, paint, and as much humor as she can pack into each title.

When she’s not in the studio, Danielle is writing books : “Creative Block”, “Collage”, and “Your Inner Critic Is A Big Jerk” were the first three, and her fourth book, “A Big Important Art Book – Now with Women”, was released in October of 2018. Danielle has also had the great pleasure of speaking at TEDx, PIXAR, Creative Mornings, CreativeLive, and was interviewed for several video segments on oprah.com.

The Jealous Curator has been featured by Oprah Magazine/oprah.com, Brain Pickings, Fast Company, Apartment Therapy, Sunset Magazine, Frankie Magazine, InsideOut Magazine, Flow Magazine, The Vancouver Sun, Glamour Paris, and more.

Application Details
The Arts To Hearts Project is excited to collaborate with selected artists to create the Vol 1 book that will be released in April- May of 2023. Each artist will be featured with four pages dedicated to their work and an interview about their studio practice. As a token of our appreciation, each artist will receive a complimentary digital copy of the book and have the chance to be featured on social media. Additionally, they will receive a discount on books for their family and friends.

Eligible Artists
Women Artists of all academic disciples are welcome to apply. This includes painting, sculpture, photography, installation, and performance art. Works must be submitted in a printable format. High res images.

Dues for Selected Artists
Selected artists are responsible for a $85 fee. This fee covers each artists copy of the book ($60 value) and helps with distributing costs for gallery & curators copies.

At Arts To Hearts Project, we are passionate about amplifying the voices of emerging and contemporary women artists from all over the world. We are a self-funded publication and community that relies on submission fees to cover costs and keep our mission alive. Our goal is to provide a platform to celebrate the creativity and talent of these incredible women and share their stories with the world.
