Exhibits & Events

As we continue our journey into healing workshops together, my daughter, fashion designer Sarah Tremain, and I warmly invite you to our next offering.

A two-part workshop, day one focuses on releasing what is no longer serving you. Within a circle process, we will explore together to identify what you want to release. All sharing is voluntary. We'll use guided meditation to help us connect with the words or symbol that best expresses what we're letting go. After the circle, Sarah will provide fabric markers to write or draw what you want to release on a garment. You can bring a garment from home, or Sarah will have sweatshirts to purchase when you get your ticket.

In between the two parts, we ask that you wear and wash the garment as a symbol of physically washing away what you want to let go.

Part two will be about your intention. It will mirror day one in the circle process, and it will focus on the intention you want to bring forward. Then, Sarah will guide you through embroidering that intention over where you marked your release on your garment from part one. The embroidery acts as a more permanent symbol as it won't fade or wash away. Embroidering is a slow-moving practice to act as a metaphor that every intention is a practice, not an instant fix.

The result: a one-of-a-kind piece of wearable or displayable clothing that showcases your story.

All materials provided. The cost is sliding scale from $85–130, and it covers both days. No sewing experience needed—just curiosity, presence, and something you’d love to make your own. I hope you can join us!

If the price is a barrier, please let us know, as we have some spots available at no cost.
