Vendor Details Map and Load In - will be updated for October
Vendor Layout
The Vendor Map is done! Click here for a detail of the location map of the space and booth assignments. Attached are the Vendor load-in times and booth numbers (link for online viewing). This document provides you with which block you are on and the space #. Please let me know if you have trouble opening it or need me to send it differently.
Please check in when you arrive on American Street, and we will provide you a wristband for you and your assistant/s to identify you as a vendor.
If you run into an issue, my cell phone number is 267-973-5505 (Sara). Please contact me in case of an emergency during the day. Let us know if you have any troubles that need first aid or hydration. We will get you proper medical attention if needed.
RAIN
We have been watching the weather forecast. We know that there is a possibility of precipitation. We know this is of concern to everyone.
This event is a Rain or Shine event. Unless a severe torrential storm occurs, the event will continue on Saturday the 7th.
The event will be moved one day to Sunday, October 8th, if necessary. Please note it is incredibly hard to do this. So we will only do this if there is no other choice.
We are setting up a text alert system to let you know if anything changes on Saturday.
Promote
Remember to promote the event - a lot is happening on this day throughout the city. We have assembled an assortment of promotional jpgs and banners, available at https://www.inliquid.org/aftcp-promo. Feel free to post on your websites, blogs, and email them to your friends, or print and hand them out.
This event is for you - You are responsible for sharing and getting the word out as much as we are. Tell your friend, neighbor, mailman, and the person in line in front of you at the supermarket. Just tell everyone.
Now to INSTRUCTIONS

Please note the event goes until 6 p.m.; artists are required to be here until 6 p.m. All participants are responsible for post-event clean-up of your space; this includes removing any trash (especially food waste, zip ties, etc.). We know everyone will be excited to leave – But please be respectful of your fellow vendors. We must work together to make this a smooth transition out of the venue. We ask that you work with us to help us make this happen.
Rental: If you rented tables or chairs from us, please return them to the Crane Building.

There will be small pop-up trash cans throughout the event, but no access to dumpsters for large quantities of refuse. Please be prepared to take any trash that is more than a handful with you at the end of the event. Please make sure to clean your space of zip ties or other refuse.
