Volunteer at March for Art

Auction Gallery & Artwork Preparation (Art Handling)

Monday, March 2 - Friday, March 6 • Shifts from 12-3PM & 3-6PM
Volunteer opportunities include:
• Wrapping and unwrapping artwork of all mediums
• Condition reporting
• Staging for installation, curation assistance, touching up walls with paint
• Pedestal maintenance and moving
• Hang artwork labels, signage, and "zuzh" the artwork in place.

March for Art PEEK
Monday, March 9 • Shifts from 4-6PM, 5:30-7:30PM, & 7-9PM
Join us at March for Art: PEEK - our VIP Auction Preview Party!
Volunteer opportunities include:
• Get first-hand experience utilizing our CRM system by securing attendee registration
• Engaging with guests to answer questions about the auction and navigate the space
• Coordinate a variety of event experiences at the coat check, in the March for Art Shop, and the gallery

March for Art UNITE
Thursday, March 12 • Shifts from 5-6:30PM, 5:30-7:30PM, & 7-9PM
Join us at March for Art: UNITE as we welcome Philly's arts community to our auction gallery!
Volunteer opportunities include:
• Counting attendees for our development reporting
• Engaging with guests to answer questions and navigate the space
• Coordinate a variety of event experiences in the March for Art Shop and the gallery
• Assist InLiquid staff with setup, breakdown, and supply runs

March for Art Member Mixer
Saturday, March 14• Shifts from 4:30-7 PM
Join us at our 2026 March for Art Member Mixer, bringing InLiquid artists together in our auction gallery!
Volunteer opportunities include:
• Get first-hand experience utilizing our CRM system by securing attendee registration
• Engaging with guests to answer questions about the auction and navigate the space
• Assist InLiquid staff with event maintenance, supply runs, and pertinent needs

March for Art : BASH
Friday, March 20 • Shifts from 4:30-7 PM
Join us at Philly's art party of the season! March for Art BASH is the culmination of our 2 week fundraiser.
Volunteer opportunities include:
• Get first-hand experience utilizing our CRM system by securing attendee registration
• Engaging with guests to answer questions about the auction and navigate the space
• Coordinate a variety of event experiences in the March for Art Shop and the gallery
• Assist InLiquid staff with event maintenance, supply runs, and pertinent needs

Auction Artwork De-Install & Gallery Flip (Art Handling)
Saturday, March 21 & Monday, March 23 - Saturday, March 28 • Shifts from 12-3PM & 3-6PM
Volunteer opportunities include:
• Wrapping artwork of all mediums
• Condition reporting
• Removing artwork hardware from walls & surfaces
• Patching wall holes and painting as needed• Pedestal maintenance and moving
